Insurance & Fees

Willow Haven Counseling Services accepts both insurance and self-pay options for services. Clients using insurance are responsible for verifying their coverage and benefits prior to their first session.

All fees and client-responsible amounts, including copays, coinsurance, or deductibles, are expected to be paid at the time of each appointment.

I believe in transparency and want you to feel informed about your investment in therapy. At Willow Haven Counseling, clients may use insurance or choose a self-pay option, depending on what best fits their needs. I also offer a discounted rate to meet the needs of our military families.

Self-pay can offer added privacy and flexibility, allowing us to focus fully on your goals without the limitations of insurance coverage.

All payments are securely processed through the electronic medical record platform after each session, and you can manage or update your payment information anytime through your client portal. All clients are expected to have a valid card on file at all times to pay for out of pocket expenses and self pay fees.

Military Family Rates

Individual Counseling: $75/session

Sliding Scale Options

  • Because everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, I provide a sliding scale fee to support clients with varying financial needs.

  • Sliding scale fee slots are limited and range from $50-100.

  • Those interested in using a sliding scale fee may be required to fill out an additional form during their intake regarding financial need.
